Tuition listed above includes textbooks and shipping cost.
The University only accepts payments in U.S. currency either by SWIFT telegraphic transfer or cashier's check/bank draft made payable to Commonwealth Open University.
Degree tuition is reduced by course exemptions. The reduction amount for master and doctoral programs is $170.00 per course, up to seven courses or $1190.00.
Discount of 20% will be applied to combined degree programs.
When an account is overdue or a payment is late, interest will be charged.

A down payment of one quarter of total fees and three more identical payments in two, four, and six months from the enrollment date. |

The University will refund fees to students who give written notice, stating their reason for withdrawal from a program. Contact us for information on the different scales.
